"This house is lovely and the beds are exquisite. The host (Minnestay) has many extra steps you must complete compared to booking a regular Airbnb through an owner. Minnestay is also completely inflexible on check-in and checkout times. But if you can jump through their hoops, you will love the stay in this house."

"There's nothing really to say except how it went. Everything was smooth, everything was easy, communication was fabulous and the place was as advertised and then some. Plenty of room for us and plenty close to all the necessities and entertainment we needed. The video game and Lounge downstairs is a beautiful touch and the backyard is a wonderful little tucked away area where you can feel private but still be close to everything. We had many cookouts and play sessions. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out that needed to go to bed at different times due to the kids. And anytime there was a question we got an answer quickly. Highly recommend the house, and area. Thanks so much for having us!!"

"The location was excellent, within walking distance to Kowalski’s Grocery and a number of good restaurants and coffee shops. The house was an old well cared for craftsman. The upstairs stairway has short steps that can be difficult for an adult. The dishwasher was necessarily quite small given the available kitchen cabinet space leading the three of us to need to run it often."

"This location was the perfect spot for our vacation to Saint Paul, MN! Loved running along Summit and Grand Ave! A quick walk to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. The top floor master room was nice and cold for sleeping on a hot summer days! The basement bar and game room with Pac-Man and darts was super fun!"

"If you love the character and charm of a 100-year old home, this is a good choice for you. Some of the doorways and walkways were a little tight, but the renovations were well done, especially the second floor main suite. Everything was pretty clean and in good repair, and the owners/managers were easy to work with. The best part of the property was the location. Close proximity to so much of what St Paul and the surrounding area have to offer. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We dropped our daughter off for college at St Thomas and didn't want the hassle of a hotel, parking ramp, etc. We were 5 blocks from her and it was the most relaxing stay we've had in the Cities! We could walk to restaurants, bars, shopping. We walked daily to Kowalski's for groceries to cook/snack-they are THE NICEST people! We walked to Iron Ranger (awesome bar/restaurant with live music and the coolest manager around..Liz V.), and The Colossal Cafe on the corner is great for breakfast and lunch! Clean and cozy with character is this home with plenty of room for my husband and I, both of our daughters (17 and 21) and a boyfriend:) We had everything we needed for cooking, drinking wine, laundry, easy parking in the alley. House was plenty cool because it was really hot this week, and evenings on the back deck with wine were perfect. We will definitely be back as we'll be watching Tommie basketball games all winter! Thanks so much for our new home away from home:)"

"This was perfect for our family with two adult children. Each had their own room and we had a lovely full bedroom and bath upstairs. The house is clean, well appointed and charming. We watched TV, played board games and loved the location . Shopping and a very nice market right nearby. We would come back and stay here again. A very pleasant place!"

"Great place to stay. We walked to Kowalski's. It has a Starbucks and great groceries. My husband loved the variety in the bakery. Easy home to get to from the airport and less than 20 miles to Minneapolis for our Nate Bargatze show. A little older home. If you don't like tight, steep stairs for the master bedroom...steer clear. Make sure you hit the check mark after entering your code. We had to stand outside with baggage for a while trying to get in. Busy road out front but you get to park in the back alley where there is no traffic. Lovely stay in a nostalgic part of St. Paul. <br/>There is no central ac upstairs just a window unit and portable ac but did keep the room nice and cool. Great shower in master. Really neat basement with darts which my family enjoyed. Cooked a pizza almost every night to save $$."

"This is a very clean, comfortable house in a great location. Even though it’s on busy Grand Ave. I heard no traffic noise. I only used the upstairs bedroom and bath and the king bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all I needed. I could walk to Kowalskis a half block away for groceries. There was a single garage where I could park my car which gave me great comfort. There was one snafu at arrival which was quickly taken care of with a text to Minnestay. Huge tvs which I liked. The only recommendation I would make would be to get a few luggage racks at a hotel liquidation store. Otherwise a very pleasant stay."

"This is a fine house! I don't mean 'just fine-fine' I mean 'it's a gem-FINE' - clean, warm, lots of spaces for folks to hang out in ( check out the Lodge ), good market 3 min away, quiet, bright. Off-street parking was handy, and well illuminated at night which was great for our college student's visits.<br/>Access was clearly described and worked. For our odd-ball questions the folks were back at us w/in a few moments. <br/>The kitchen was properly stocked w/tools and supplies and even some spices! <br/>There are some games in the closet, and lots of cozy throw blankets. <br/>We hope to stay again."
