BED and BATH

This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers:

  • Bedroom: 1 queen bed, separated from the living room with a divider for privacy
  • Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests

The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.

The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

LIVING SPACE

The loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a comfy couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV.

Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include:

  • Dishwasher
  • Toaster
  • Coffee maker

The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.

The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites:

Booking Requirements

  • 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
  • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
  • All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
  • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
  • Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed.
  • Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
  • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

House Rules

  • Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
  • This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).
  • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
  • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
  • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
  • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
  • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
  • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
  • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
  • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
  • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
  • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
  • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
  • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
  • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
  • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
  • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Great location

Great place if you're going to a Twins game

"I booked this place bc I was bringing my sons to 3 baseball games at Target Field. I was mostly concerned about safety for the lodging and the parking. This place was an easy 8 min walk to the stadium with its own secure parking garage. It was a beautiful facility and immaculately clean . My only complaint was with the check in process. There isn't anyone at the location to assist with anything and the check in was pretty complicated. If a passing DoorDash delivery man hadn't helped me figure out the "key cafe" kiosk, I'm not sure what would've happened bc it took the management over an hour to respond to my txt and calls. Once I learned the odd key system all was fine. The mgmt did eventually contact me and were very helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay."

"We only were able to sleep in the apartment one night thanks to a flight delay, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. All the check-in instructions were fairly easy to follow, and the apartment was very modern with a great view. I'm a light sleeper so I'm always worried that staying in an apartment would be a challenge, but minus some waters running in the exposed pipes, I slept fairly well. I definitely appreciated the blackout curtains the large glass windows had the kitchen was stocked well with all the basic items you need. I would recommend getting a rental for getting around the city to be able to explore more than just the immediate area as the ride share/driving apps get very expensive even in just the 24 hours we stayed in Minneapolis. But back to the apartment, I would definitely recommend using Minnestay while visiting MN as it seems they have really done their research in providing a chic/cozy place to stay and their communication/response time was top notch. If I ever decide to come back to MN, I will gladly seek another Minnestay listing for my lodging needs."
