"Great location; easily walkable plus included parking space if needed. Lively area but noise was definitely not an issue. Multiple steps necessary for the entry/exit instructions but they are clearly laid out, and communicated often via text, portal & email. The Minnestay team was super responsive to one issue/inquiry I had and followed up in a quickly & friendly manner to resolve. I would absolutely recommend!"

"The apartment was very nice, clean, and quiet. The attached parking garage is very convenient. My only criticism isn't about the apartment itself, it's about the complex. The apartment is on the seventh floor, and the seventh floor entrance from the parking garage to the building was not locked at all during the week that I was there - the fob was not necessary to access the building, anyone could simply walk in from the street to the hallway of the apartment. They go to great efforts to have security at the downstairs entrance, they should have the same level of security at all entrances to the building."

"Great spot!! Very communicative and responsive. As with any managed building there are a few extra steps to pick up and drop off keys but there are an abundance of instructions and reps on call to talk you through any questions. I was really impressed with the communication and helpfulness. Related specifically to my stay, we utilized the pull out bed and it was not great. Even with expectations of a pull out experience, it failed miserably. A very thin mattress potentially only filled with springs. There were also residual crumbs and a few other random signs of the previous tenant but nothing egregious. I would recommend and stay again (but not in a unit with a pull out couch bed), the location and place was really really great!!!"

"our flight came in late (1am) and some how our apartment was given away. i followed the instructions & the system said our keys were already picked up. Luckily the emergency after hours line was open & someone answered fast !!!!! they just switched us to a different one… so that was great … wasn’t a major big deal for us since it was handled within 15 mins. this loft was amazing though!!!! close to everything!! amazing restaurants and coffee shops near by. we didn’t need a rental because everything was literally sooo close !!! thanks so much for having us , we definitely will return"
