"Le quartier est top, l’appartement qui était au septième étage a une vue agréable. Sur Minneapolis et les alentours. le Rooftop a une vue très sympa, avec des barbecues à disposition. Nous avons pu travailler dans le lobby qui est également agréable, et avec une bonne connexion, ainsi qu’avec une cheminée.<br/>Seul petit bémol, nous pensions qu’il y avait une salle de sport car les photos regroupant toutes les propriétés du groupe laissait sous-entendre qu’il y avait une salle de sport. La prochaine fois nous serons plus attentif. <br/>La possibilité d’avoir la voiture garée au même étage, que l’appartement est très confortable, bien qu’il faille un petit peu rouler. Lors de votre arrivée, cela ne gâche rien au confort. <br/>L’hote a été parfaitement réactif, et a tout de suite su réagir lorsqu’il y avait eu des petits problèmes, merci encore pour l’accueil !"

"We had a great stay! Walkable to many restaurants, the farmers market, Twins stadium and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and cute. The roof has fire pits and comfy chairs that overlook the city. Overall, I’d recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Minneapolis!!"

"Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of amenities in the unit and felt like I was in my own apartment. In a cool part of town, full of good restaurants and bars. Great location for walking. I was there for onboarding to a new job and appreciated having a dedicated parking space in a safe and secure garage. I will stay again when I come back."

"We stayed with our two kids (6 and 10) for a Twins trip and walked to the stadium from here. It was convenient and we were so happy with our location. The room we picked was a small studio and the kids slept on the pull out couch. We didn’t spend much time in the room—but we would have needed a larger place if we were going to have more time in the room. We found linen in the closet for them. When I tell you this place was clean—I honestly can’t even explain how unbelievably spotless. Not a single speck of dust, crumb, or hair left from visitors before us. The parking ramp situation was a little confusing at first but we quickly figured it out. You drive into the ramp and have a designated spot—but can park anywhere not reserved and ride the elevator up—which ended up being preferred due to being on the 7th floor which took a bit of time to drive up the ramp. There is an unmarked door you keyfob into which wasn’t quite understood at first. We will stay here again. Thank you!"

"Highly recommend!! We had a great time here, everything was clean and the place felt very homey. We had a minor problem with one of our keys, I contacted the host and they immediately replied with a solution. They had great communication up until our stay as well as throughout. The ONLY problem we had was visually finding the place! But all of their instructions were very clear regardless of that. Again, I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again:)"

"The Minnestay was easy to access in a great location. Initially we were in town for the Wild game. Got lyfts to and from the game. We really enjoyed going to Puttery, North Loop Galley and Borough for supper. Hopped around for drinks afterward and was all within walking distance from our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better weekend! "This is a perfect stay for couples. The place was exactly as advertised, beautiful, clean, and urban with a touch of hominess. It is definitely a small space, so it is a better fit for 2 people or less, however, there is a pull out bed for larger groups. I can compare the room size to a hotel suite but will a full kitchen. The host communicated well and offered help as needed. They were very accommodating and willing to work with any situation that came my way. I loved the fact that parking was included so I didn't have to worry about finding a separate parking ramp for my car or just paying for street parkingfor the entire weekend. I also could go in and out of the ramp so I was able to explore further into the city or even outside of the city as I felt. The location was perfect for being close to downtown without actually being in the middle of the chaos of the city. I will definitely book a place with MINNESTAY again!"

"Excellent North Loop location--lots of great shops and restaurants in walking distance, along with extensive walking/biking trails. Very comfortable and clean modern unit/building. Covered/ramp parking - which is really nice for MN weather (vs street parking). Nicely decorated unit. Well-equipped for cooking and longer stays. I did have some issues with check-in (the previous guest didn't leave the parking pass behind for me, which I didn't realize upon check-in; took some back and forth to figure out that's what had happened and to get it the next day, but Minnestay was very polite, prompt and professional in their communication regarding the pass; they made sure I got reimbursed immediately for the parking charges I incurred and dropped off the pass for me the next morning). Had it not been for the parking pass issue, the check-in would have been really smooth. Check-out was easy. I also had a noisy neighbor around midnight but that's to be expected on a weekend, in the city, in buildings with multiple units. I would stay here again and would highly recommend Sable if you're looking for a modern place in the North Loop."

"Everything was just as listed, my room was conveniently located near the parking. Personally, i did not love having to find a place to park my car somewhere else in order to check in and then again ar check out. I also think it was a little less desirable that the key was not available until the EXACT check-in time so i had to wait around, or choose to pay to park somewhere else. Besides those 2 things the property itself was in excellent condition and very comfortable, and I would recommend it to my friends and others."
